Job Description

Our client is a busy London publishing company, producing a variety of print and online materials. They are currently looking for a Property Manager to manage a portfolio of 20 residential properties on behalf of one of their clients in the surrounding area of the office. This fantastic role is based in the heart of the busy and dynamic Soho, Central London.

To be considered for this role, you will need previous experience in Property Management and running a portfolio of multiple properties simultaneously.

The responsibilities will include:

  • General Property Management
  • Maintaining property database
  • Ensuring statutory requirements are adhered to
  • Drafting tenancy agreements
  • Issue legally correct notices
  • General tenant point of contact
  • Organising repairs
  • Organising other works and refurbishments
  • Manage builders to ensure quality and specification of work
  • Organising property insurances
  • Checking service charge accounts and payments
  • Dealing with check in and checkout, deposit returns and inventories
  • Liaising with estate agents and letting agents to rent or sell properties
  • Checking/approving invoices for payment
  • Setting up utilities for tenancy changes
  • Estimating budgets for following year expenses
  • Tracking rents/credit control
  • Issuing rent invoices
  • Key tracking and logging
  • Checking leases for various enquiries
  • Other responsibilities as required

The initial salary package for this role will be in the region of £24,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience. The hours of work will be from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
