You will help achieve this through great customer and problem-solving skills.

The main purpose of the role is to manage the tenancy on behalf of the landlord. You will be building and maintaining effective relationships with both landlords and their tenants and ensure that all parties are communicated with effectively.

Personal specifications:
  • Experience within the property industry, preferably within a property management role
  • Being ARLA qualified
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be a strong team player.
