The opportunity:

Our client is a family-run independent estate agency based in Surrey Quays and is currently looking to recruit a Property Management Assistant to join the team! They strive to be the most professional and reputable estate agents in London and pride themselves on having long standing staff members that returning clients have grown to know and trust over the years.

With superior local knowledge and experience, our client is able to offer a bespoke service that has resulted in them becoming a true market leader in the area.

The main purpose of the role is to ensure landlords and tenants receive an effective, customer focused property management service during their tenancy. To be considered you will ideally have at least 6-12 months experience within property management as well as excellent communication skills and the ability to multi-task.

The package:

The salary on offer will be between £22,000 and £25,000 depending on previous experience. Benefits include 20 days holiday plus all bank holidays. Holiday will increase by 1 day each year up to a maximum of 10 extra days per annum. A pooled car will also be available.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm.
