Our client is a Chartered Surveyor and industrial and office property specialist based in Hatfield, Hertfordshire, operating mainly on a business-to-business basis. They are undoubtedly the market-leader in the A1 corridor in which they operate.
Hatfield is going through some very exciting changes with the huge development of the very prestigious Hatfield Business Park and offers extreme convenience of access the geographical area that they cover.
We have been instructed to recruit an experienced Administrator / Sales Support person who will work closely with a small long-established team and help the business run smoothly and develop. This is a varied role that requires initiative and engagement.
To be considered you will have some experience within agency administration (residential skills are readily transferable) be enthusiastic, highly organised and have a genuine interest in the property industry. If this sounds like you, then please get in touch today!
Key skills and characteristics:
- Administrative experience within the property industry (commercial related training provided)
- IT literate – Microsoft Office
- Enjoy taking ownership and managing your individual workload
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate initiative
- Enjoy working within a team
- Live locally to the office (ideally within 15 miles)
- Full UK driving licence and your own car.
The salary for this role will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000. Parking will be provided, and company mileage will be reimbursed. Benefits include 28 days holiday including bank holidays, company pension and a bonus scheme.
Woking hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm. No weekends.
