Our client is one of London’s fastest growing estate agencies specialising in premium residential property in the capital’s best addresses. With a shop front and head office on Chiltern Street, voted ‘London’s coolest street’, they have a multi-million-pound portfolio of client instructions ranging from apartments to penthouses and family houses to super-prime mansions!

As the Office Administrator you will be supporting the Office Manager and busy Sales Department. To be considered you will ideally have at least 2 years’ experience within a property administration role, a passion for the property industry and experience dealing with high-net-worth individuals.

Personal specification:
  • Experience within property administration
  • First-class customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate, experience using Goodlord and/or Acquaint Bright Logic CRM would be beneficial, however, not essential as training will be provided
  • Use initiative
  • Proactive
  • Articulate
  • Impeccably presented.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £30,000 to £35,000, dependent on previous experience. Benefits include 25 days holiday, a company mobile phone and more.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 6pm and you will be required to work 1 in 4 Saturdays.
