A superb opportunity has become available to work for the Real Estate division of this leading European Banking and Financial Services business. They are currently looking to recruit a driven, responsible and highly motivated New Homes Sales Negotiator who will be responsible for selling new homes for high profile developer clients. Based in the City of London, the company currently has 7 or 8 ongoing projects and a budget of approximately 250 new sales in 2016.

This results focused culture will suit ambitious experienced sales people with a proven track record and an appetite to advance their career. Knowledge of the London residential sales market whilst preferred is not essential.

The role:

  • Office based telephone sales to build relationships with the banks customer base
  • Registering and qualifying new buyer enquiries
  • Arranging appointments for customers to view and visit the various new homes schemes
  • Attending viewing appointments
  • Closing and arranging sales
  • Attainment of monthly sales and activity targets
  • Meeting customer and client expectation
  • Building relationships with internal clients and responsive and helpful to external clients
  • Achieving sales targets
  • Manages and implements important data base activities, processes and functions
  • Conscious of process and takes steps to protect the interests of the company

Personal Specification:

  • A commitment to excellent customer service
  • Able to work under minimal supervision/guidance
  • Able to deal with difficult situations
  • Effective IT skills and proficient using the Microsoft packages
  • Active team player as well as working independently
  • Shares expertise with colleagues
  • Excellent communication skills
  • A- Level educated or equivalent
  • Previous estate agency and or new homes sales experience
  • Tenacity
  • Good planning and organisational skills
  • Commercially astute
  • A highly motivated and driven individual

The basic salary for this exciting role will be in the region of £20,000, plus an excellent commission scheme with on target earnings in the region of  £35,000 to £40,000. The hours of work will be from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
