Our client is an independent estate agency based in Wimbledon with a strong market share and presence in South West London. They are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and proactive New Homes Sales Negotiator to join the team.

This is the perfect role for someone with significant experience within residential sales who can demonstrate a proven track record of success. Our client is looking for an individual who is keen to build and develop a successful New Homes department using their industry knowledge, experience and contacts.

The successful candidate represents both the company and the developer; therefore, you will be providing prospective clients the very best level of service at all times.

Personal specification:
  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in residential property, preferably within the London market as a sales negotiator
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Be customer focused
  • Ability to liaise with clients in a confident and professional manner
  • Excellent listening skills
  • Self-motivated, pro-active and adaptable
  • Smart and presentable
  • Administrative skills
  • IT skills and software knowledge
  • Full UK driving licence.

The initial salary package for this role includes a basic salary of £20,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £40,000.
