Due to the continued success of their new homes department, this well established, leading south London Estate Agency Group is looking to employ a New Homes Sales Manager. The New Homes business provides a specialist service within the Development Team, selling high quality new build developments throughout south London. The centrally based office manages sale of multiple schemes at one time and has a significant pipeline of new sites due to launch over the course of the next 12 months.

The company is currently looking to recruit a pro-active, dynamic individual to assist in driving this department to further success. The New Homes Sales Manager will report directly to the Development Director and will be responsible for delivery of sales, client management and assisting the Director in new business generation.

The ideal candidate will have a strong agency background and be able to demonstrate a desire to work within a residential development team. The company will be happy to consider experienced senior negotiators for this role.

Based in one of their offices in south east London, this exciting opportunity will come with a basic salary of £25,000, and realistic on target earnings of £50,000 – £60,000.
