This leading independent estate agency has won a number of awards for innovation and customer service excellence. With a small but growing network of offices in the Petersfield area, the company is looking to recruit an ambitious individual to help the company with its current expansion plans.
The company is undoubtedly one of the market leaders in the area and with business levels continuing to grow and a new office due to open soon a vacancy has arisen for an experienced Senior Sales Negotiator / Valuer / Lister to join their busy team in their prominent Petersfield office.
This is a very competitive area so the role would potentially suit a senior negotiator looking to progress towards management of a branch within the near future as there are plans for the company to open more offices in the near future. One of the directors of the company is based in this office so the successful candidate will be given a great deal of support and guidance, and ultimately could be given the opportunity to run a branch for the company in the future.
The office is currently doing very good levels of business and is very busy and the director is especially keen to talk to any sales staff with experience in the local area, particularly if that experience is current.
The company is prepared to pay an attractive salary for the right individual, and they are flexible as to the level of that salary, dependent on ability of the candidate. The basic salary is likely, however to be in the region of £24-25,000 with on target earnings of c. £40,000 along with a car allowance.
