Job Description

Due to expansion within their rentals department, this extremely successful multi-disciplined firm is keen to recruit an experienced Lettings Negotiator for their office in Covent Garden, London WC2. They have an enviable market share and an excellent reputation, with superb offices in a great location.

The duties / responsibilities of the role are as follows:

  • Advising potential tenants immediately a new property comes on to the market
  • Accompanying potential tenants on viewings
  • Negotiating terms between the Landlord & Tenant
  • Assisting in the smooth running of the Lettings Team
  • Planning marketing campaigns
  • Maintaining close contact with landlords
  • Liaising with Inventory Clerks, Relocation Agents and Contractors

Knowledge, skills and experience required:

  • A minimum of 12-18 months Lettings experience
  • A proven track record of billing £200-300,000 per annum
  • Above average presentation skills
  • Detail oriented with proven planning and organisational skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively with people at all levels
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and self-motivation
  • A good team player
  • Good sense of humour

This superb opportunity with one of the industry’s leading companies is offering an above average basic salary in the region of £18,000 with realistic on target earnings of at least £50,000 depending on fees billed. As an added bonus, this company is only open Monday to Friday so you will not be required to work weekends.
