An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join this global operation. Based in Mayfair, central London, this organisation delivers management services to property investors who recognise the unique benefits of global portfolio management through a single point-of-contact in their own time zones. The company deals with high net worth clients from around the world, seeking out and offering advice on the best real-estate investment opportunities in the UK, especially London.

The ideal candidate will have had several years of experience in estate agency, with a proven track record in lettings and property management, particularly in the Central London lettings market. ARLA qualifications would be highly beneficial though are not essential.

The duties and responsibilities of this role will include:

  • Follow up and respond to all customer queries in a timely manner
  • Build and foster relationships with tenants, landlords, colleagues and suppliers
  • Register applicant’s details and property requirements
  • Booking and conducting viewings and valuations
  • Negotiating offers between all parties
  • Photograph property and advertise on property portals
  • Provide market commentary and trends where required
  • Use management software system in line with business operating requirements
  • Prioritize daily workload and work to deadlines
  • Apply outside-the-square approaches to daily problem solving

This is a Monday to Friday only role paying a basic salary of £20,000, a £3,000 pa car/travel allowance, mobile phone and a commission package paying up to 20%. This will lead to realistic on target earnings of £40-45,000.
