Our client is one of the longest established estate agents in Tandridge, with a proven track record in selling a wide range of property throughout the district. Specialising in prime residential property, as well as land and new homes, they are a dedicated, independent agent with three high profile branches.

Whilst they embrace the latest technology and online marketing methods, their greatest strength is the genuinely warm, friendly and individually tailored service that that they offer all of their clients. This has led to a large proportion of their business coming from referrals; satisfied clients who have recommended them to friends and family.

To be considered you will ideally have at least 6 months’ experience within residential lettings, however, our client is willing to consider a trainee with a sales/customer facing background and a passion for property.

Is this you?
  • At least 6 months’ experience within residential lettings would be preferred
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Friendly and outgoing personality
  • The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Computer literate
  • A full UK driving licence and your own car.

The salary package for this role will include a basic of £18,000 to £20,000, plus on target earnings in the region of £25,000. Business mileage will be paid for by the company. Benefits include a full training programme to ARLA Level 3 if required, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, flexible employers.

Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm. NO WEEKENDS!
