They are currently looking to recruit a Lettings Negotiator to join the Residential Agency Team. They are looking for someone who shares their ethos and will benefit from working in an impressive city-based office with a friendly and experienced team.

This is a fantastic role if you are looking to build a career within residential property and have excellent customer service and administration skills. They offer a career based on great training, future development and progression, and there is potential for you to be supported in the completion of your Assessment of Professional Competence for the RICS (residential pathway).

Responsibilities will include:
  • Marketing and letting of residential property
  • Negotiating terms with prospective and current tenants
  • Property inspection and management, sales and acquisitions
  • Making recommendations to colleagues and clients
  • Introduction to valuation work and developing valuation skills
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with clients.
Key skills and characteristics:
  • Administrative experience and a high degree of IT literacy
  • Working knowledge of Propman / Dwellant or similar system
  • Attention to detail, able to demonstrate initiative, and excellent negotiating skills
  • Enjoy working within a team, and working closely with partners and chartered surveyors
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Enjoy taking ownership and managing your individual workload
  • Able to cope under pressure and multi-task ensuring that workload is prioritised
  • Experience in dealing with complaints and great problem-solving skills.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000.

This is a Monday to Friday role – NO WEEKENDS!
