An excellent opportunity has become available to run the Lettings department in the Wimbledon office of this well-established and well-respected London estate agency. The company pride themselves on their reputation and is particularly strong and active in the middle to upper end of the market. You will therefore need to be able to demonstrate the ability to function effectively in such an environment.

To be considered for this role you will need to have experience of running a high profile London office and will need to be organised, tenacious, motivated and willing to integrate yourself into the present team which has been formed on the back of mutual respect and hard work.

The company is expanding so this role would suit someone ambitious who wants to grow their career with this organisation, with the potential to progress up the career ladder in the medium term. It is likely that you will already be working in London, and that you are ARLA qualified to Level 1. The latter is not essential though as full training will be provided.

This position comes with a basic salary in the region of £30,000 to £35,000 plus departmental commission taking your on target earnings to the region of £50,000 to £60,000. A car or allowance will also be provided.
