This is a superb opportunity to manage the Lettings Department of one of London’s leading boutique estate agencies. Based in Holland Park, London W11, this company is privately owned and has a good reputation and presence in the area.

They are currently looking to recruit a highly-motivated, energetic and professional lettings professional to manage their successful team. This role will suit someone with a proven track record of achieving targets and gaining instructions who would like to work for a leading estate agency in central London.

The directors are based in the office so are happy to consider an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator or Assistant Lettings Manager looking to step up into management, but if this is you, will need to be able to value/list and show good leadership, business development and leadership potential. You should also have superb communication skills and excellent administrative, organisational and planning skills.

This challenging role will come with an excellent package that will equate to c. £45,000 – £55,000 based on current performance. This will include a basic salary of up to £25,000, a car allowance, mobile phone and other benefits. The hours of work are 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday and every third Saturday. When you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu in the week meaning you will only ever work a 5 day week.
