This well-regarded, privately-owned estate agency in Alton has an excellent market share in the town. The company is currently looking to recruit an experienced property professional to manage the Lettings Department and will happily consider a Senior Lettings Negotiator / Assistant Lettings Manager looking for their next challenge. You should, however, have 3 to 4 years’ industry experience to be considered for this role.
Working as part of a sales and lettings team who are market leading in their area, you will be offered plenty of scope to develop a long-term career with this organisation. To be considered for this exciting opportunity you will not only need to be able to maintain current business levels, but look to develop the business further. It is essential that you can demonstrate that you have very strong listing and sales skills.
You will be responsible for:
- Maintaining stock levels
- New business growth
- Landlord & Tenant satisfaction levels
- Staff development
- New tenancy set up.
With the company having such ambitious plans for expansion, this role would suit an individual looking to make a positive step forward in their career as there is genuine potential. The initial package will include a basic salary in the region of £20,000-£22,000 plus a commission based on numbers of instructions gained and properties let. Current business levels will equate to on target earnings of £40,000 but there is the scope and potential to earn far more. A car allowance will also be provided.
