An exceptional opportunity has become available in this company’s busy residential team in Marlborough, Wiltshire. Heading up the Lettings & Management team the successful candidate will be managing the existing business & developing new business by growing the profile in the area and working with the team to ensure the service provided is second to none. Not only does this office cover Marlborough, but also Chippenham and Swindon.
Managing the budget and ensuring targets are achieved, this individual must have solid experience of the lettings industry with excellent client relationship and delivery skills. Up to date with relevant tenancy legislation, the Head of Lettings will need to be highly professional with strong business development experience and the ambition and drive to succeed.
This organisation is both well-established and highly respected throughout London and the rest of the country. The company prides itself on its reputation and professionalism, and is particularly strong and active in the upper end of the market. You will, therefore, need to be able to demonstrate the ability to function effectively in such an environment, and to show a track record of success as a Lettings professional. It is likely that you will already be in a senior role within Lettings & Management, and that you are preferably ARLA qualified. Our client is, however, very flexible and is more than happy to consider an ambitious Senior Lettings Negotiator who is perhaps frustrated in his/her current role.
This position will come with a basic salary which will range from in the region £24,000 to £28,000 depending on your level; of experience and ability, and will pay a profit related bonus. Based on current business levels the on target earnings will be £35,000 to £40,000, along with a company car, pension and health care. The hours of work will be from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday and you will also be required to work Saturdays.
