An exceptional opportunity has become available in this company’s busy residential team in Barnes. Heading up the Lettings & Management team the successful candidate will be managing the existing business & developing new business by growing the profile in the area and working with the team to ensure the service provided is second to none.
Managing the budget and ensuring targets are achieved, this individual must have solid experience of the lettings industry with excellent client relationship and delivery skills. Up to date with relevant tenancy legislation, the Head of Lettings will need to be highly professional with strong business development experience and the ambition and drive to succeed.
This organisation is both well-established and highly respected throughout London and the rest of the country. The company prides itself on its reputation and professionalism, and is particularly strong and active in the upper end of the market. You will, therefore, need to be able to demonstrate the ability to function effectively in such an environment, and to show a track record of success as a Lettings professional. It is likely that you will already be in a senior role within Lettings & Management, and that you are preferably ARLA qualified.
This position will come with a basic salary which will range from in the region £30,000 to £35,000 depending on your level; of experience and ability, and will pay a profit related bonus. Based on current business levels the on target earnings will be £40,000 to £50,000, along with a company car, pension and health care. This is a 6 month contract.
