Permanent Virginia Water, Surrey | £50k to £60k Inc Benefits OTE

Job Posted: 2017-12-07 07 December 2017 Closing date for applications: 07 February 2018

Job Description

We have been instructed by this well-respected, privately-owned estate agency to recruit an experienced individual to head up their Lettings Department based in an affluent area on the borders of Berkshire and Surrey.

This role would suit you if you are currently frustrated by working for a larger group or corporate estate agency as this business is still run daily by its owners. It will also be very attractive to anyone wanting to work with prime property stock as the company handles some amazing properties in the Ascot, Sunningdale and Virginia Water area, including property on the Wentworth Estate. Their average rental fee is around £6,000 per month, though some rents are considerably higher!

You will, therefore, need to have the presentation and communication skills to be able to deal in the top end of the market and with high net worth individuals. Any local knowledge would also be highly beneficial, and connections with relocation agents invaluable. Previous managerial experience is not essential as candidates currently at senior lettings negotiator or assistant lettings manager level will be considered provided they can value/list.

The lettings team consists of a couple of negotiators, a property manager, accounts and administration which you will be responsible for managing. You should also be able to demonstrate good leadership, organisational and administration skills. ARLA qualifications would also be beneficial though are not essential as full support and training will be provided to enable you to gain the relevant qualifications.

Our client will be offering a significant basic salary, a company BMW or similar, and an annual salary package that will very much depend on your level of expertise and experience. If you are an ambitious individual hungry for success and financial reward then this could be an excellent career opportunity for you.
