This privately-owned estate agency specialises in the sales and lets of country and village properties throughout Hampshire, Surrey and West Sussex. Based in the Petersfield area, they have an excellent reputation for providing an extremely efficient and professional service to vendors, purchasers, landlords and tenants alike.

As the Lettings Coordinator you will be managing and progressing the paperwork for new lettings deals from the point of an offer being agreed through to successful move in. You will also be in charge of the day to day administration for the office.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have at least 1 years’ experience within lettings administration as well as excellent organisational and customer service skills.

Personal specification:
  • Experience within property administration
  • First-class customer service skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • IT literate
  • Use initiative
  • Proactive
  • Articulate.

The salary on offer will be in the region of £25,000. Working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5.30pm.
