Our client is one of the UK’s largest property franchises on the high street and currently has an exciting opportunity available for a Lettings Branch Manager to join the team in Colchester!

If you are an enthusiastic people person with strong lettings experience, passionate about driving business forward and managing a team, this may be the perfect role for you!

Key qualities:
  • Proven, successful Lettings experience (either Senior Negotiator or as a Branch Manager)
  • Previous experience of conducting valuations
  • Experienced at growing lettings
  • Excellent people skills
  • Positive, friendly, pro-active, and self-motivated
  • Go the extra mile to gain and close new business
  • Strive for excellent customer service
  • Knowledge of Colchester and the surrounding area
  • Preferably ARLA or Property Mark qualified, but not essential as the company is willing to put you through the qualification process if necessary
  • Full UK driving licence.

The salary will include a basic of up to £25,000 plus an on target earnings figure in the region of £35,000. A car allowance will also be provided.
