This is a superb opportunity to join one of London’s leading estate agencies in its thriving office based in Putney Hill. Our client is looking to recruit a highly-motivated and energetic lettings professional to work closely with the lettings manager as part of a large team.

The levels of business are already fantastic, so this is a great opportunity for an ambitious individual as this role will almost certainly lead to future management for the right person.

To be considered, you will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record of achieving targets and gaining instructions. You should also have superb communication skills and excellent administrative, organisational and planning skills. Holding ARLA qualification would also be beneficial.

Personal specification:
  • Experience working for a London based Lettings agent
  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter
  • Full UK driving licence.

The role offers a basic salary of £30,000 with on target earnings set to be in the region of £50,000 to £60,000, along with a company car.
