This highly successful estate agency is currently recruiting for a Lettings and Sales Administrator to cover a maternity role for up to one year.

You will be working alongside a part-time administrator and supporting a team of four lettings negotiators and three sales negotiators. To be considered you will have at least 2-3 years’ experience within a property administration role, preferably within lettings as this role will be predominantly lettings based.

For the Lettings Administration you will be responsible for progressing all tenancy paperwork up until move in, ensuring the company has signed terms and conditions, gas safety certificates from their landlords, inserting details into template contracts and adding any special clauses, issuing section 21’s (via a template on their database) and general correspondence between landlord and tenant. The Sales Administration is straight forward, you will be producing valuation letters, offer letters, property details, touting and window cards.

You will also be given training on the database should you need it, and there will be a handover period of 2 weeks with their current administrator before she goes on maternity leave. ARLA qualifications would be preferred but are not essential.

This role will you pay up to £27,000 depending on your level of experience. Your hours will be Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm.
