Job Description

Lettings Administrator

A vacancy has arisen for a Lettings Administrator to join this dynamic Fulham estate agency. They are looking for a diligent and experienced letting administrator / property manager to support the rapidly growing Fulham lettings department.

Responsibilities:

  • Tenancy Admin (60% of time)
  • Taking control of all admin tasks for new tenancies, renewals and move-outs
  • Preparing tenancy agreements
  • Booking inventories, check-ins/outs, gas safety checks, EPC’s etc
  • Ensuring the letting software (Eurolink/Veco) is up to date with all details

Client Account Management (30% of time)

  • Running rent receipts process
  • Chasing rental arrears
  • Raising fee invoices and scheduled charges
  • Generating landlord statements
  • Handling account queries from landlords
  • Client bank account reconciliation

Property Management (10% of time)

  • Taking calls from tenants
  • Booking in maintenance work
  • Entering and paying supplier invoices in Eurolink/Veco

Required skills/experience:

  • Previous experience in letting administration or property management
  • Understanding of the letting process and standard documentation
  • Attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with accounts/numbers
  •  Fluent English

Desirable skills/experience:

  • Experience with Eurolink/Veco letting software
  • Accounting experience
