Our client is a leading privately-owned estate agency that offers lettings and property sales services in Surbiton and the nearby areas.

The company is run by the owners who have over 25 years of experience as Surbiton estate agents. Both live locally and are active in the community, something which has given them an unrivaled understanding of the Surbiton area and the people who live there.

This is a joint role where you will be responsible for the Lettings Administration, including tenancy progression and renewals, and you will also be expected to get involved in some front-line lettings negotiation to support the lettings manager as well. To be considered you will have experience within lettings administration and a good understanding of current legislation. Any front-line lettings experience would be extremely beneficial.

Personal specification:
  • Previous experience within residential lettings
  • Confident in dealing with clients
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Happy to take the initiative
  • Local area knowledge is preferable
  • Computer literate
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.

The salary will include a basic of £22,000 as well as personal commission enabling you to earn in the region of £30,000, plus £50 for every 5* Google Review! The company will provide a car allowance.

Working hours are Monday 8.30am to 6.30pm, Tuesday to Thursday 9am to 6.30pm and Friday 9am to 6pm. Every other Saturday will be required but you will get a day back in lieu for this.
