This company is an independent central London based residential estate agency with over 30 years of industry experience. They strive to provide an exceptional service which has earned their valuable reputation and proven track record of customer retention.

To be considered for this role, you will have had previous administrative experience with within the property industry, preferably within a busy lettings department. Our client is looking for a well-presented and articulate individual with a confident, outgoing personality.

You will be expected to draw up tenancy documentation including confirmation letters, tenancy agreements, tenants’ references, consents/permissions, arrange inventory makes/check-ins, health & safety checks, cleaners and contractors. Alongside this you will be handling landlord/tenant enquiries, general office administration and supporting the team wherever necessary.

Personal specification:
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel
  • Strong organisation and administrative skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Able to priories and deal with a heavy and varied workload
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and telephone manner
  • Display initiative.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £25,000 to £30,000 dependent on experience.
