Are you interested in working in land and property acquisitions? If so, this could be a fantastic opportunity for you to join this highly successful, well-funded Property Developer based in west London. Working closely with their Head of Acquisitions you will be assisting with moving the projects forward, whilst seeking out off market property acquisition opportunities in Greater London. You will also be assisting with the negotiation of transactions.
Our client is very open with regards to the ideal candidate and will, for example, consider a graduate with a relevant property-related qualification through to someone with a few years property experience, preferably in land or estate agency.
The key attributes they are looking for are excellent communication skills along with the hunger, persistence and resilience to survive and thrive in this role where there is a lot of rejection. You should also be a good net-worker and be able to harness key relationships with others.
Most of their ongoing projects are in west, southwest and north London and you should live within commutable reach of their offices in the borough of Ealing.
The main function of this position will be to identify and acquire land where you will be sourcing land/development opportunities within the local authorities, using for example, Google Street, planning applications, etc., and then making approaches to the landowners.
Skills and expertise:
- A relevant property qualification or experience in property sales or acquisitions
- Good administration and IT skills
- Can multitask and work to deadlines
- Be organised and efficient
- Able to prioritise different projects
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Full UK driving licence
The salary on offer will depend on the level of experience you have but is likely to be in the region of £30,000 to £50,000. This is a Monday to Friday role.
