This well established independent estate agency has a network of successful offices throughout London and the South East. They are currently looking to recruit an ambitious individual to become a joint Sales and Lettings Negotiator in their prominently located office in Richmond, Surrey.

To be considered for this role, you do not need previous estate agency experience as the company is happy to consider confident and motivated individuals with no property background if they have the right skill sets.

The role will involve a great deal of customer facing, so you will need to have excellent people skills as you will be meeting and greeting applicants and registering prospective purchasers and tenants who you will be required to discuss potential properties with, and then accompany on viewings. You will also be actively involved in the negotiation process up to the sale or let.

In addition, you will need to be able to demonstrate:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The motivation to succeed
  • Previous sales/customer service experience
  • Ability to show resilience and to make the most of any opportunity
  • A professional and confident manner
  • A team player
  • Full driving licence and car essential

This excellent career opportunity will come with a basic salary in the region of £15,000 to £18,000 depending on experience and on target earnings of £25,000 to £35,000 dependent on performance. The hours of work will be from 9am to 6.30pm, Monday to Thursday and 9am to 6pm on Fridays. When you work a Saturday you will get a day off in lieu during the week.
