Our client is a privately-owned, multi-disciplined estate agency with a small, yet highly successful, network of offices in Surrey. They are currently looking to recruit an Inventory Clerk to join the team based in Epsom.

The company manages approximately 150 properties in the local area. Your main job purpose is to carry out the inventories, check in/check outs and to produce inventory reports within agreed timescales and service standards.

You will ideally have at least 1-2 years’ experience working within an inventory or property management role, along with a superb organisational and time management skills.

Personal specification:
  • Good IT skills including Outlook, MS Word, Excel. Experience using ‘Released’ software would be advantageous
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills, ability to multi-task
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal
  • Be punctual
  • Be an active team player
  • Use your initiative
  • Have a professional and mature approach to work tasks
  • Full UK driving licence and own car.

This role will come with a salary of £20,000 to £25,000 depending on experience. Our client is willing to consider an individual who would prefer to work part-time or flexible hours, in this case the salary would be pro-rata’d. They are also willing to speak with somebody who would prefer to work remotely.
