Our client, a market leader in the Business Transfer sector, is looking to strengthen its Licensed Brokerage and Agency team by recruiting a Negotiator to focus on their Pubs, Bars and Restaurant division. They are keen to consider candidates from the residential estate agency market where the skills and property knowledge broadly match the requirements they desire. Reporting in to a director, the successful candidate will be responsible for developing their Pubs, Restaurants and licensed trade business in London. You will be targeting quality businesses as well as developing relationships with multiple operators.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a working knowledge of estate agency practices and will be charged with targeting, appraising and listing new instructions to the market. Once on the market the negotiator will maintain an ongoing relationship with the clients dealing with day to day inquiries from applicants, through to negotiating offers etc. The role presents an exciting opportunity for the right individual who is looking to move from a residential background into a commercial environment.
Whilst the opportunity that presents itself is in the Licensed Trade sector, the company also specialises in the Hotel, Leisure, Licensed Trade and Care markets. With offices across the UK and internationally, the company offers a real opportunity to develop an exciting career for the right individual. Initially, you will be based in their central London location.
Starting salary will be a basic in the region of £25–35,000 plus commission and bonuses. A company car will also be provided. This is a Monday to Friday role.
