Job Description

This very well-established, privately-owned estate agency based in Radlett, Hertfordshire, is looking to recruit a highly professional Administrator to support both its Sales & Lettings departments. You will ideally have at least six to twelve months’ experience working in the property industry, although this is not essential.

The duties and responsibilities of this varied role include the following:
  • All office administration
  • General typing
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Scanning
  • Window displays and floor plans
  • Property lists
  • Advertising and particulars
  • Preparing contracts
  • Supporting the negotiators
  • Social media

This position would suit an efficient, organised and motivated individual who can work well under pressure and is a good all rounder. Our client very much deals in the upper end of the market so this position would suit an individual used to dealing with high net worth individuals.

As a result, the salary available for this role could range from £25,000 to £30,000 depending on your level of experience, and is a Monday to Friday role.
