Job Description

This is a great opportunity for an Administrator to join the Lettings Department of one of London’s leading estate agents. They are currently looking to recruit an additional member for their team based in Chiswick office in London W4.

Reporting in directly to the Lettings Manager, the purpose of the role is to actively contribute to the smooth and efficient operation of the lettings department, ensuring the very best service is delivered at all times, and to provide efficient and effective administration support to the team in all aspects of their day to day business operations.

Whilst a background in property would be a benefit, it is by no means essential.

Specific tasks and duties include:

  • Covering office administration when required
  • Answering main line telephone calls, fielding and directing calls as appropriate
  • Production of standard correspondence to landlords and tenants
  • Scanning relevant reports onto the database, filing hard copies and sending to landlords where necessary
  • Dealing with general email queries
  • Archiving property files as required
  • Providing general assistance and support to team as and when required

Knowledge / Skill / Experience:

  • IT Literate – database system, word, excel and key board skills
  • Clear and concise communicator, excellent telephone manner

This position will come with a basic salary of £23,750 and is a Monday to Friday role.
