Job Description

Our client is an independent residential estate agency based in Guildford offering a comprehensive range of property sales, lettings and development services. Due to increased levels of business the office is expanding and our client is now seeking an experienced Administration Manager to join their friendly team.

To be considered you will have previous experience within property administration and the desire to take a controlling lead in the administration of the office. Your main responsibility will be to see through a tenancy from the point the deposit is taken, progress referencing and complete the paperwork for the tenancy. You will also be responsible for ensuring stationery orders are up to date, supplies ordering and generally being accountable for working with the office manager to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Personal specification:
  • Previous experience within property administration
  • Ability to make the role your own
  • Good understanding
  • Be highly organised with excellent time management and planning skills
  • Professional manner
  • Excellent customer service
  • IT literate.

They are offering salary of £25,000 to £28,000 depending on previous experience. Working hours are Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5pm.
