An accounts opportunity has just become available with this leading Property Investor and Asset Manager in Central London.

The company is currently looking for an experienced Accounts Administrator whose duties will include:

  • Issuing all rent demands
  • Bought ledger invoice postings
  • Posting of bank statements
  • Bank reconciliations
  • Profit & loss sheets
  • Vat returns
  • Dealing with bank statement and supplier queries

You will be working alongside the property manager so there will be some administration duties including:

  • Distributing all post received
  • Occasional cover on management files during colleagues’ holidays

To be considered for this position you will need the following skills:

  • Lettings accounts experience is essential, but you do not need to be a qualified accountant.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Very well organised
  • First class administration skills
  • Good level of IT skills
  • Diplomatic and unflappable personality
  • Competent and confident when handling difficult situations

This position will come with a basic salary of at least £30,000, and gym membership is also provided. The position is based in Marylebone, London NW1. It is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm role.
