This well-established estate agency specialises in the sale, rental and acquisition of prime residential property in Central and North West London, most notably, in the Regent’s Park, Marylebone, St John’s Wood, Primrose Hill, and Little Venice areas.

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Property Manager with at least 1-2 years’ previous experience within a similar role to join the team in Regents Park. This position will suit a proactive, versatile and self-assured individual who will be able to carry out tasks successfully.

Responsibilities will include the following:
  • Looking after properties within the portfolio covering all aspects of landlord and tenant management including: general maintenance repairs using FIXFLO
  • Property inspection
  • Arranging mandatory compliance & safety checks
  • Arranging pre-tenancy & end of tenancy works
  • Drawing up tenancy agreements/renewal agreements
  • Dealing with end of tenancy deposit process.
Personal specification:
  • Being ARLA qualified would be an advantage
  • Knowledge of lettings legislation essential
  • An excellent multi-tasker with the ability to manage your time effectively
  • The ability to work on your own initiative and experience of supporting a fast-paced team
  • The ability to handle tricky customers and find solutions to their problems quickly and efficiently
  • First class written and verbal communication skills
  • An understanding of the CFP Winman system/RPS would be preferable
  • Have strong communication skills
  • Well presented
  • Well organised

The salary on offer for this role will be in the region of £30,000 dependant on previous experience. You will be working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm.
