Our client is a market-leading independent estate and lettings agency based in Bermondsey, SE1. Their staff have a passion for customer service and client care and have an in-depth knowledge of all the areas the company cover.

The infrastructure of SE1 is diverse, and whilst the company specialise in the many interesting and unusual properties on their door step, they deal with everything from modern new developments, to ex local authority flats. Our client manages portfolios for clients, acquire sites, manage and advise individual and company acquisitions, as well as single property management.

To be considered for this role, you will need to have a strong sales negotiation background with a proven track record in property sales. You will also be target driven and used to dealing with high volumes of work.

  • Proven success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
  • The ability to negotiate
  • Sound business ethics
  • Tenacity and be a self-starter
  • Must be personable and approachable
  • Good computer skills
  • Full UK driving licence.

The salary package for this role will be include a basic of £22,000 to £25,000, plus realistic on target earnings of £45,000 to £50,000. The company will also provide you with a pooled car. The office is walking distance from London Bridge station.
