Job Description

A vacancy for an Accounts Assistant has arisen with this well-respected estate agency based in Hampton Hill. This company is extremely successful so consequently the office is very busy; dealing in all areas of property including sales, lettings and property management.

You will be expected to perform a variety of accounting and financial tasks, therefore should have familiarity with bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures. Previous experience within the property industry would be highly beneficial although not essential.

Personal specification:
  • Previous accounts experience is essential
  • Some administration/customer service experience would be beneficial
  • Experience and a good working knowledge of all Microsoft packages including Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Experience using CFP software would be a huge advantage
  • Must live within close proximity of the office.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £22,000 to £25,000 dependent on the level of experience.

It is important to note that this is a 1 year maternity cover position.
