Job Description

An exciting opportunity has become available at an award-winning estate agency in Battersea Reach, specialising in property sales, corporate lettings and property management.

As an Administrator, you will assist with the smooth running of the office and will report to the Business Owner & Property/Lettings Managers. You will be handling reception tasks and providing PA type support to the business owner.

Other duties will include the following:
  • Supervising with some on & offline property marketing
  • Assisting property management with rental administration tasks
  • Meeting, greeting & building rapport, plus maintaining relationships with clients
  • Ensuring that the office is kept presentable
  • Managing office stationary and supplies including printing
  • Looking after IT systems (via IT support)
  • Organising quarterly staff events
  • Setting up new starters
  • Keeping and maintaining key log
  • Changing window displays weekly
  • Helping with Google reviews.

This position will come with a basic salary of £22,000, plus an on target bonus enabling you to earn £24,600. The company also pay a discretionary Christmas bonus.
