Our client is a leading independent estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings and property management. They are currently looking to recruit a Sales Negotiator to join the team based in Islington.

The team possess a unique understanding of the local housing market, having lived and worked in the area for many years. As well as their expert knowledge and the latest marketing tools to help clients buy, sell or let their home, the team pride themselves on offering a friendly, personal service to ensure the process runs quickly and smoothly.

The successful candidate will have a property sales background as our client is looking for someone to develop and progress the business in the office even further. To be considered you will have superb customer service skills and knowledge of the local area.

  • Team player as well as independently

  • Full UK driving licence.

The initial salary package for this role includes a basic salary of £14,000 to £16,000, with on target earnings in the region of £35,000 to £40,000. The company is offering a guarantee of £25,000 for the first 4 months.

They will also provide a company car (unbranded Mercedes/BMW or Golf) or a car allowance and will pay for business petrol and parking. You will be working a 5 day week.
