Our client is an award-winning property specialist and is looking to recruit a Trainee Lettings Negotiator to join their professional team in Brentford. You do not need to have had previous experience within the property industry to be considered for this role, however, a background in sales or high-end customer service is essential.

Duties will include the following:
- Registering prospective tenants
- Arranging and accompanying them on viewings
- Gaining feedback following viewings
- Negotiation between tenants and landlords
- Lease agreements
- General administration and office work.
- The ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team and on your own
- Confident in dealing with clients in person and over the phone
- Excellent communication skills
- Meticulous attention to detail
- Happy to take the initiative
- Computer literate
- Full UK driving licence.
The initial package for this role will include a basic salary of £16,000 to £18,000 dependent on previous experience, with on target earnings set to be in the region of £30,000 to £40,000. There will be a £25,000 guarantee in place for the first 3 months of employment.
The company also offer a quarterly bonus incentive based on targets and client reviews. You will also be provided with a company car or car allowance.
