Our client is a specialist residential property developer that lead entire projects from acquisition through to planning approval, construction and asset management.
The company is currently recruiting for an experienced New Homes Sales Negotiator who will be responsible for in-house marketing and of properties currently under construction.
In order to be successful within this role, you will be required to negotiate and complete on the sale of these new builds and deliver a first-class experience to all clients. To be considered, you will have Residential Sales or New Homes experience in a similar environment, along with an outgoing, positive attitude.
The salary package for this role will include a basic and commission in the region of £40,000 dependent on previous experience. The role can be based in either Oxford or Central London as the company has offices in both locations. The hours of work will be from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. No weekends!
