This Property Development Company currently have a fantastic opportunity available for a Property Development / Acquisitions Assistant based in Ealing.

This role will involve assisting the General Manager with moving the projects forward, whilst seeking out off market property acquisition opportunities in Greater London. You will also be assisting with the negotiation of transactions.

This opportunity would suit an individual looking to work in acquisitions/development, but may not have the accreditation’s required by larger developers.

Responsibilities will include:
  • General office administration
  • Liaising with consultants
  • Attending meetings
  • Reviewing site documentation
  • Updating and managing sales documentation
  • Development appraisals
  • Liaising with agents and consultants
  • Carry out due diligence
  • Arranging and attending viewings
  • Manage the site pipeline and sales contacts.
Skills and expertise:
  • At least 3 years property sales or acquisitions experience
  • Have 1 years’ administration experience
  • Can multitask and work to deadlines
  • Be organised and efficient
  • Can multitask and work to deadlines
  • Able to prioritise different projects
  • Possess strong IT skills
  • Be well presented
  • Be articulate
  • Full UK driving licence preferred although not essential.

The salary for this role will be in the region of £28,000.

The hours of work will be from 9am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. Benefits include 25 days holiday plus all bank holidays.
