An exciting opportunity has become available within this company for a Valuer, to be a part of the team at its busy and successful office in London.

The successful candidate will have had valuations experience and will be assisting in the growth of the office.

The role will involve the following:
  • Supporting the Sales Manager with the day-to-day running of the office
  • Arranging and carrying out Market Appraisals
  • Building relationships with new clients and nurturing existing ones
  • Ensuring clients’ expectations are managed correctly, with the aim of exceeding them
  • Negotiating with all parties to ensure the best outcome for everyone
  • Overseeing the client experience, ensuring they receive the highest levels of service at all times.

The basic salary for this role is in the region of £18,000 to £22,000 depending on experience with on target earnings in the region of £40,000 to £45,000 plus other company benefits.

The hours of work will be from 8.40am to 6.00pm, Monday to Friday. The role will also require you to work 1 in 3 Saturdays.
