This privately-owned, well-established estate agency is expanding and looking to recruit an enthusiastic Sales Administrator to join the busy department in Golders Green, North London.

This long-standing company offers its clients expert knowledge in all aspects of residential and investment property and has a diverse rental portfolio and client database.

The ideal candidate will have at least one years’ experience as an administrator in the property industry and possess excellent communication and organisation skills

This role will include the following:
  • Answering phone calls
  • Dealing with day to day office duties
  • Uploading properties onto the website
  • Creating window cards
  • Liaising with board company, floor planners and photographers
  • Creating sales letters and invoices
  • Emailing properties to interested applicants.

  • Able to work as part of a team.

The salary package on offer for this position is £20,000 to £24,000.

The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm and every other Saturday, 10am to 3pm, for this you will get half a day back in lieu.
