Job Description

This boutique independent estate agency is looking to recruit an Office Manager its office in Chelsea. Our client has a bespoke reputation due to their integrity, transparency and impeccable customer service skills.

You will be supporting a team of eight, therefore, you will need to be extremely organised and have very strong communication skills. It is essential that you have previous experience working as an administrator for a top-end brand, where you would have been exposed to high net worth individuals.

Responsibilities will include the following:
  • Supporting the sales and lettings departments
  • Covering reception
  • Working closely with IT and PR companies
  • Diary management
  • Filing documents
  • Answering phone calls and taking messages.
Personal specification:
  • Educated to degree level is essential
  • Proficient in the use of MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel. Experience using CRM would be beneficial, however, not essential as training will be provided
  • Proactive
  • Impeccable presentation is essential
  • Be assertive when necessary
  • Be articulate.

The initial package for this role will include a salary of £26,000 to £28,000, dependent on previous experience, as well as a bonus structure enabling you to earn £30,000 to £32,000. The company also offer private medical insurance after the probation period as well as other benefits, including massage therapy.

The working hours will be 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work 1 in 9 Saturdays from 9am to 12pm on a rota basis.
