This leading, well-established estate agency has gained an enviable reputation within the industry. They have a strong network of offices throughout the home counties and is currently looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to be based in their prominent office in Salisbury.

The company deals primarily in the mid to upper end of the market, therefore, you will ideally have experience working in a similar environment.

Your role will involve supporting the team in a positive and proactive way to ensure customer service is delivered at a consistently high-level.

Responsibilities will include:
  • Dealing with inbound calls and emails
  • Registering deposits
  • Arranging referencing
  • Data entry on company systems.
The key skills required are as follows:
  • Communicate clearly and concisely
  • Build rapport quickly
  • Carry out instructions accurately and within agreed time scales
  • Demonstrate the ability to multi task and handle pressure in a positive way
  • Have good attention to detail
  • Have good standard of written communication.

This position is a Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm role and will come with a salary of £20,000 to 25,000.
