This highly regarded estate agency with a network of offices throughout London and the south east has a reputation for being dynamic, yet professional. Due to the continued success of their high performing Clapham office they are currently looking to recruit an ambitious Senior Sales Negotiator to take on the role of Assistant Branch Manager. This role will involve working in the Flats department where the successful candidate will be dealing with flats up to c. £1.2m. The year has started well with the branch having plenty of instructions meaning the person stepping in to this role will have a very positive environment to work in.

As an Assistant Sales Manager, your role will involve:

  • Working closely with the team to identify new business opportunities and generating new ideas
  • Driving high value sales through the office
  • Generating quality leads, following these up and consistently aiming for high conversion rates
  • Promoting the company’s other products & services where appropriate
  • Ensuring that all financial targets are met and are exceeded on a monthly basis
  • Complying with all relevant legislation
  • Ensuring that all customers receive a professional, efficient, friendly and personalised service
  • Consistently demonstrating the ability to pre-empt and fully understand customer needs and requirements

The ideal candidate:

  • Ideally will have 3 years’ experience in Residential Estate Agency
  • Excellent communications skills
  • The ability to develop and motivate those around you
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • The ability to manage a profit centre and work strategically
  • A full and clean UK Drivers Licence

The initial package will include a guaranteed salary in the region of £65,000 for the first six months. Thereafter, a competitive basic salary, along with an attractive commission package (personal and office) giving a high achiever the realistic potential to earn £70,000 with the scope to earn even more. A car allowance will also be provided.
