Directions to Property Personnel

By Car

From J13 on the M25, take the A30 to Staines. After about 1 mile, you will come to a junction called the Crooked Billet. Get into the left-hand lane with a view to then crossing over the dual carriageway to the right.

Follow the signs to Staines Town Centre (A308). Having passed through a 2nd set of traffic lights, our office is on the left above Tikka Delight fast food restaurant. Our doorway is between this restaurant and Adam Barbers. As another landmark, Townends Estate Agents and The Frost Partnership are directly opposite us. To park, go past our office and under the iron bridge, filter left and into an NCP car park. Our offices are then a 2 to 3 minute walk back from this car park. There is an entryphone system. Please buzz and we will let you in!

By Rail

Staines railway station is on the Waterloo to Reading line and passes through Clapham Junction and Richmond. When you arrive at Staines Station, if you are coming from the London / Richmond direction, cross the platform via the footbridge. Walk across the car park out onto the main road, Kingston Road. Turn left by the North Star Public House and walk along the Kingston Road for about 400 metres until you come to a set of traffic lights where you should turn left again, onto the High Street. Our offices are about 75 metres along on the left. Our doorway is between Tikka Delight fast food restaurant and Adam Barbers. There is an entryphone system. Please buzz and we will let you in!

N.B. Please note that Oyster Cards are not accepted at Staines Station, so we would strongly advise you to buy a ticket before travelling from London to avoid being fined.
