Job Description

An exciting role has become available as an Office Administrator in London’s Canary Wharf District. Our client is a small but growing Commercial Retail Property Estate Agency who is looking for an efficient and highly organised individual to join their vibrant and busy office in Canary Wharf. The successful candidate would ideally have administration experience within the property sector.

The role will include the following:

  • General administrative and maintenance support
  • Chasing signed terms
  • Organising EPC’s
  • Writing up valuations
  • Carrying out online property research
  • Dealing with applicant references
  • Collating data/reports for daily and weekly staff meetings
  • Logging in/out keys
  • Organising post and mail outs
  • Book keeping and data entry
  • Preparing property adverts

The candidate requirements:

  • Must be very well organised and efficient
  • Must be tidy and presentable
  • The ability to manage a large workload
  • Excellent communication skills (orally and written)
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Must have an outgoing personality and confidence
  • Must be able to use initiative and multi task
  • Must be highly computer literate
  • Previous sales experience will be useful

The basic salary for this role will be in the region of £18,000 to £20,000 dependent upon experience. The hours of work will be from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday.
