This is an excellent career opportunity for an experienced negotiator or senior negotiator to join this successful independent estate agency in the Hammersmith branch of this estate agency. The company has other offices locally so this position would suit an ambitious individual looking to progress his / her career.

Reporting directly in to, and working closely with one of the directors, the role will involve developing the business in the following:

  • Meeting and greeting applicants and registering clients for suitable properties
  • Gaining market appraisals and valuing property
  • Accompanying potential purchasers on viewings
  • Being actively involved in the negotiation process
  • Tying up the sale
  • Progressing the sale through to completion

To be considered, you should have the following skill sets:

  • Be motivated to exceed sales targets, and deliver the highest levels of customer service
  • Very proactive and good at business generation
  • Excellent diary management and good administration skills
  • Professional and personable approach and be able to demonstrate your sales skills in order to sell property
  • Good communication and IT skills are essential

This position will come with an above average basic salary of £20,000, an attractive personal commission and a car allowance. Your OTE will very much depend upon your achievements but is likely to be in the range of £40,000 to £50,000. You will be expected to work every other Saturday and the office hours are 8.30am – 6.30pm.
